NFA suspends Commodity Pool Operator David R. Kocourek for providing false information to NFA

March 19, Chicago - National Futures Association (NFA) temporarily barred from NFA membership, David R. Kocourek, a Commodity Pool Operator located in Naperville, Illinois, for a period of five years. The Decision, issued by NFA's Business Conduct Committee, is based on a Complaint filed in December 2006 and a settlement offer submitted by Kocourek. The Committee found that Kocourek provided false and misleading information to NFA.

In the event that Kocourek applies for NFA membership, Associate membership or principal status with any NFA Member, after the expiration of the suspension, he is ordered to pay a fine of $5,000.
