NFA permanently bars associated person of Florida futures firm

February 11, Chicago - National Futures Association (NFA) has permanently barred Frank M. Vecchio, an associated person of Universal Commodity Corporation (UCC), from NFA membership. UCC is an Introducing Broker located in Aventura, Florida. The Decision issued by NFA's Business Conduct Committee, is based on a Complaint filed in December 2007 and a settlement offer submitted by Vecchio. The Complaint charged that Vecchio made deceptive and misleading sales solicitations to the public.
