NFA BARS FORMER AP OF AMERICAN FINANCIAL GROUP SERVICES, INC.

March 22, Chicago - National Futures Association barred an individual from NFA membership for allegedly conveying a false message to a client and failing to advise a customer that futures trading was too risky for him. NFA barred David Zabaglo from membership for six months and ordered him to tape record all of his conversations with customers for one year in the event that he becomes an NFA Member or Associate again. Zabaglo is a former associated person of American Financial Group Services, Inc., a former guaranteed introducing broker located in Jupiter, Florida. Zabaglo submitted a settlement offer in which he neither admitted nor denied the allegations.

NFA is a congressionally authorized self-regulatory organization for the U.S. futures industry.
