NFA bars North Salem, N.Y. introducing broker and commodity pool operator Managed Capital Advisory Group from membership
February 1, Chicago—NFA has permanently barred North Salem, N.Y. introducing broker and commodity pool operator Managed Capital Advisory Group Ltd. (Managed Capital) from membership and from acting as a principal of any NFA Member.
The Decision, issued by NFA's Business Conduct Committee (BCC), is based on a Complaint issued by the BCC on September 26, 2017 and a settlement offer submitted by Managed Capital. The Complaint alleged that Managed Capital failed to comply with NFA's Enhanced Supervisory Requirements and failed to adequately supervise the firm's operations.
