CFTC Reparations Cases

Reparations claims brought in the CFTC’s Reparations program are attempts by customers to resolve disputes related to CFTC products. Dispositions of those claims may include initial decisions, orders and other rulings. Not all dispositions are final.

Reparations claims without disposition do not necessarily mean that the individual or firm violated any rules. Some claims may have been dismissed, settled or withdrawn.
