NFA is committed to creating an exceptional work environment. Learn from staff how NFA fosters a culture of diversity, ongoing learning and development, and work-life balance.

When you join NFA as an Analyst, Market Regulation, you will gain unique insight into the global derivatives industry and its regulatory framework. Utilizing your analytical and problem-solving skills, you'll support NFA's regulatory programs by conducting detailed trade analysis on firms under our jurisdiction.

Bring your curiosity and critical thinking skills. Bring your thirst for knowledge and learning. Bring a healthy skepticism and an eye for detail.

Beginning your first day, you'll gain exceptional experiences, personalized learning and invaluable coaching and mentoring. We believe in nurturing talent to develop future NFA and industry leaders.

What you'll do:

Alongside your talented team, you'll also conduct on-site interviews and operational observations in support of our important regulatory mission. Based on your analysis, you'll then assist NFA's Market Regulation department with investigations into potential rule violations. You'll also prepare and present reports summarizing any findings for referral to NFA leadership.
