What you'll do:

As a Revenue Specialist, you'll contribute to NFA's important regulatory mission by:

  • Processing, verifying and recording payments.
  • Processing invoice write-offs and adjustments.
  • Creating invoices for Members and customers.
  • Entering journal entries to the general ledger and resolving discrepancies and delinquencies.
  • Responding to Member inquiries regarding dues and fees.
  • Preparing daily and monthly membership reports for officers and the Board.
  • Preparing monthly revenue receipts reconciliation, revenue schedules and reconciliations of certain receivable and revenue accounts.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs and interact professionally with customers
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles
  • Ability to work independently and in a flexible environment
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or business preferred
  • At least three years of related work experience
