EasyFile (Quarterly Reports)

NFA Compliance Rule 2-46 and CFTC Regulation 4.27 requires commodity pool operators (CPO) to file quarterly reports for the CPO and their pools (certain restrictions apply). NFA Member CPOs can meet their CFTC filing requirement by filing the quarterly Form PQR using EasyFile (Quarterly Reports). In order to access this system, the CPO's security manager(s) must set up EasyFile security. Please note: ORS security managers do not automatically receive EasyFile security. Only those individuals who have been assigned EasyFile security will be able to see and file PQR filings.
