FINRA announces increase in examination fees

Citing "cost increases due principally to higher charges from test delivery vendors and increased operational costs", the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) notified NFA on March 15, 2012, that it will increase its fees for the administration and delivery of NFA's qualifications exams on April 2, 2012.

Effective April 2, 2012, the fee for an individual to take the Series 3 National Commodity Futures Examination will be $115, an increase of $10. The fee for the Series 30 Branch Office Managers Exam - Futures, the Series 31 Futures Managed Funds Examination, the Series 32 Limited Futures Exam - Regulation, and the Series 34 Retail Off-Exchange Forex Examination will be $75, a $5 increase.

Individuals wishing to take one or more of these examinations must complete the online testing application form (U10) at www.finra.org [hyperlink updated 10/22/21].
