Responses to Request for Comments on CPO/CTA Capital Requirement and Customer Protection Measures not Limited to CPO/CTA Members

On January 23, 2014, NFA issued "Request for Comments - CPO/CTA Capital Requirements and Customer Protection Measures," which requested comments on the concept of imposing a capital requirement on CPO and CTA Members and several other customer protection measures. Although the Request specifically seeks input from CPO and CTA Members on these concepts, NFA also welcomes and encourages comments from any Membership category, as well as the public.

Comments are due by April 15, 2014, and should be submitted by email to CPOandCTAfeedback@nfa.futures.org.
