NFA announces webinar regarding Online Registration System updates
On Saturday, November 23, 2019, NFA will launch a number of updates to the Online Registration System (ORS).
The latest deliverables in this multi-year rebuild include updates to the Firm Application, Annual Registration Update, firm and individual update processes and minor revisions to the Individual Application.
To implement these updates, ORS will be unavailable from 12:00 a.m. CT on Saturday November 23, 2019 until 7:00 p.m. CT on Sunday, November 24, 2019. We apologize for any inconvenience.
All incomplete Firm and Individual Applications and Annual Registration Updates, as well as any update process (i.e. firm business locations (FIRMBUS)), will be deleted when NFA implements these improvements. NFA encourages your firm to complete any incomplete Individual or Firm Applications, Annual Registration Updates or FIRMBUS processes no later than November 22, 2019. This system implementation will not affect any completed applications or processes.
To help firms understand the updates to ORS, NFA will hold a webinar on Monday, November 25, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. CT/11:00 a.m. ET. There is no charge to attend the webinar; however, registration is required.
An archived version of the webinar and a transcript will be available on NFA's website in early December.
