West Palm Beach introducing broker Princeton Trading Advisors withdraws from NFA membership
March 18, Chicago - National Futures Association (NFA) has accepted Princeton Trading Advisors' (Princeton) settlement offer to withdraw from NFA membership and never reapply. Princeton is an Introducing Broker located in West Palm Beach, Florida. The Decision, issued by NFA's Business Conduct Committee, is based on a Complaint filed in March 2009 and a settlement offer submitted by Princeton that neither admitted or denied the allegations made against them.
The Complaint charged that Princeton failed to answer NFA's questions during its investigation. The Complaint also charged that Princeton failed to list an individual as principal of the firm and that Princeton misrepresented to NFA the identity of the real principal of its firm. Additionally, the Complaint charged that Princeton failed to file withdrawal notices for several associated persons (AP) who were no longer employed with Princeton in order to avoid qualifying for NFA's Enhanced Supervisory Requirements.
The complete text of the Complaint and Decision can be found on NFA's Website (www.nfa.futures.org).
