System Requirements for NFA's Swaps Proficiency Requirements

To take NFA's Swaps Proficiency requirements, please ensure the following technical requirements are met.

  • Individuals will need a computer with speakers or headphones and an Internet connection that supports streaming content. NFA strongly recommends using a hard-wired Internet connection.
  • NFA recommends using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. However, NFA's Swaps Proficiency Requirements are also compatible with the majority of standard desktop web browsers, including Safari and Microsoft Edge. Note: NFA's Swaps Proficiency Requirements are not compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE).
  • In addition to a reliable Internet connection and a modern web browser, NFA recommends that individuals running Windows or MacOS have a 200+Mhz computer processor. Browsers should have both cookies and JavaScript enabled. Individuals should also enable pop-ups for the Swaps Proficiency Requirements.
  • Emails related to the Swaps Proficiency Requirements will be sent from noreply@nfa-swaps-proficiency-requirements.moonami.com. Please ensure these emails do not filter into your Spam folder. If you are enrolled by your firm's Swaps Proficiency Requirements Administrator, you will receive an email containing access information from this address. That information is only valid for 48 hours so please follow the instructions in the email to access your account timely.
  • Firms should ensure that their employees are able to access the following website to take the Swaps Proficiency Requirements: https://nfa-swaps-proficiency-requirements.moonami.com/login/index.php.

If an individual forgets the password to access NFA's Swaps Proficiency Requirements, he or she may reset it by clicking "Forgotten your username or password?" on the Swaps Proficiency Requirements login page. System passwords must meet certain criteria, which are outlined on the password screen. The length must be at least 8 characters and include at least one number, one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter and one non-alphanumeric character. Passwords that do not meet this criteria will not be accepted by the system.
