Gregory L Gramalegui d/b/a Emini Trading School

On September 28, 2018, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado entered final judgment against Gregory L. Gramalegui in the action CFTC v. Gramalegui, Case No. 15-cv-02313, for fraud and other violations in connection with Mr. Gramalegui’s operation of Emini Trading School (ETS).  As a result of the judgment, customers who purchased a product or service from ETS between October 19, 2010 and October 19, 2015 may be eligible to receive restitution based on the amount paid for the product or service. 

To qualify for restitution, an Eligible Customer must provide proof of (1) purchase of an ETS product or service; (2) date of purchase; and (3) purchase price.  Proof that may be deemed sufficient includes, but is not limited to, (1) a copy of an ETS order form submitted by the customer, (2) the customer's credit card statement showing charges for an ETS product or service; and/or (3) email correspondence with ETS referencing the customer's purchase.  These claim documents should be sent to:  Gramalegui Restitution Fund, c/o National Futures Association, 300 South Riverside Plaza – Suite 1800, Chicago, IL 60606 or emailed to Restitution@nfa.futures.org. 

The deadline for submitting a claim is 90 days from the date of this notice.
