Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery

NFA Compliance Rule 2-49 and CFTC Regulation 23.603 require SDs to establish a business continuity and disaster recovery plan for use in the event of an emergency or other disruption of its normal business activities. NFA requires Members to submit the name and contact information for their designated disaster recovery contacts, whom NFA can contact in the event of an emergency. SDs can update their disaster recovery contact information by accessing NFA's Annual Questionnaire.
